OMGA Double Crosscut Saw, type TR2B NC, CE.
Robust and fully automatic double crosscut saw, with electro-pneumatic sawing.
Operation is via a selector switch on the control panel, offering a choice of three sawing options:
- Simultaneous crosscutting with both saw units
- Sequential crosscutting with both saw units (for short workpieces)
- Crosscutting with one saw unit
The sawing action is pneumatic. During the crosscutting cycle, the workpiece is pneumatically clamped, after which it is cut; the clamp opens automatically when not in use. The left saw unit is fixed, while the right saw unit is NC-controlled and electronically positioned.
