STROMAB Crosscut Saw System with Automatic Pusher, Type TR500 + Matrix, CE.
A highly comprehensive and powerful automatic crosscut saw system, consisting of the STROMAB TR500 crosscut saw combined with the Matrix pusher system. Suitable for fast, precise, and optimized series production. Ideal for sawmills, carpentry shops, and wood processors who want to combine efficiency and precision.
The machine is equipped with an undercut saw, a 500 mm diameter saw blade, pneumatically controlled cutting speed, and a safety cover with clamping function. The entire system is operated via a user-friendly 12" touchscreen with USB and network connections for loading cutting lists.
The integrated push-up system operates at lightning speed (up to 90 m/min), with precise positioning via a servo motor and magnetic strip (± 0.4 mm). The wood is automatically pushed up while the machine continues to operate – ideal for a continuous production process with minimal downtime.
With the extensive software options, you can choose from multiple optimization criteria or program the machine for knot detection and automatic waste separation (optional).
