OMGA TR2A NC – Fully Automatic Double Crosscut Saw for Series Production.
The OMGA TR2A NC is an extremely precise and reliable double crosscut saw, designed for serial crosscutting with maximum speed, safety, and precision. With its electro-pneumatically controlled sawing motion and NC-controlled positioning of the right saw unit, this machine is ideally suited for industrial applications in window frame construction, interior construction, and the timber trade, among others.
The workpiece is automatically pneumatically clamped during the crosscutting cycle, after which it is precisely cut to size. Depending on the application, you can choose:
- Simultaneous sawing with both units
- Sequential sawing (ideal for shorter workpieces)
- Sawing with a single saw unit
Operation is easy via a 7" touchscreen with NC control, on which sawing programs can be entered using the virtual keyboard, a network connection, or via CSV files via USB.
