The SCM Class M3 is a powerful, industrial multi-blade saw with a solid cast iron frame and unparalleled cutting accuracy. This machine is designed for intensive use, high cutting volumes, and maximum safety – perfect for professional woodworkers.

The transport chain consists of robust cast iron links and runs on prism-shaped guideways, ensuring a smooth, straight path. The saw spindle is equipped with four ball bearings for maximum rigidity, and the cylinder clamping allows for easy changing of various saw blade sizes. With a cutting height of up to 115 mm and variable feed speeds from 6 to 48 m/min, this machine is flexible and suitable for a wide range of applications.

The material pressure system, consisting of multiple rollers and pressure shoes, guarantees precise and consistent cuts. The machine is equipped as standard with multiple kickback protection, electromagnetic protection on the saw blade door, and extraction hoods for a safe and clean working environment.
