OMGA Double Crosscut Saw, type TRF527 VIS, CE.
Double crosscut saw, specially designed for cutting one or two glazing beads simultaneously. The right saw unit is fixed, while the left saw unit is positioned via a handwheel, with movement controlled by a toothed belt. The net cutting dimension is displayed digitally for precise adjustment.
After positioning, the left saw unit is pneumatically locked. Thanks to a special front clamp, two glazing beads can be securely clamped simultaneously. The machine is equipped with fixed locking points at 45° and 90°.
The double workpiece support allows you to cut two glazing beads simultaneously. If desired, the top support can be removed for cutting larger, single-piece glazing beads.
