OMGA Double Crosscut Saw, type TRF527 NC, CE.
Specially designed double crosscut saw for cutting one or two glazing beads simultaneously. The right saw unit is fixed, while the left saw unit is NC-controlled and continuously positioned via a toothed belt. After positioning, the left saw unit is securely locked pneumatically.
The machine is equipped with a special front clamp that allows two glazing beads to be clamped and cut simultaneously. Thanks to the double workpiece support, it is possible to process two glazing beads simultaneously. If desired, the top support can be removed to cut larger glazing beads individually.
