DUIN vertical hydraulic locking bench. Hole locking bench – efficient locking with optimal pressure distribution.
This locking bench features a vertically mounted steel blade (10 mm thick) with holes spaced 90 mm apart. This design ensures that the cylinders are positioned almost perpendicular to the connection, guaranteeing optimal pressure and frame closure.
The 9° angle of the blade ensures an ergonomic working position, allowing the operator to stand almost upright, even with higher uprights.
Standard version:
- 10 mm thick vertical steel blade with holes at 90 mm center distance
- Blade angled at 9° for a better working position
- 6 standard cylinders with 150 mm stroke and 30 mm chrome shaft
- Cylinders equipped with magnets for flexible positioning, even at corners (e.g., ridge frames)
- Infinitely expandable number of cylinders possible
- Control panel with pressure control valve and pressure gauge (pressure adjustable up to 2000 kg per cylinder)
- Wireless radio remote control for cylinder operation
- Perpendicular stop bars, planed extra flat to prevent wood damage
- Stop bars, planed in the square to minimize pressure on the frame
- Finely adjustable stops for precise adjustment without shims
